Refunds — all sales final.

Perch does not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong outlet orientation, color preference, or compatibility with chargers/adapters not specified in our listings.

Replacements — the only remedy we offer.

We'll replace your Perch, free of charge, only for:

Shipping damage — arrived cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged in transit.
Wrong item received — different color, outlet orientation, or variant than ordered.

Warranty.

Perch is sold as-is. We provide no warranty — express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — beyond the replacement terms stated above.

Liability & Compatibility Disclaimer.

Perch is a passive mounting accessory. It does not draw, supply, or regulate power, and is not manufactured, tested, or endorsed by Oura, Anker, or any other brand referenced on our site. We are not responsible for the performance, safety, or condition of your ring, charger, adapter, or the physical location where it is being used — Perch simply organizes and improves the placement of devices made by other companies.

Perch's fit depends on the physical condition of your wall outlet. We are not responsible for Perch failing to stay seated due to a loose, worn, or damaged outlet.

Not covered: damage after delivery (drops, improper mounting, unsupported chargers/adapters, water exposure), and minor cosmetic variation typical of 3D-printed goods.

Perch reserves the right to request documentation and determine replacement eligibility at its sole discretion.
